What are the rental rates?
Our Tierra Grande Townhouses can be rented by the year, month, week or day. Rates are as follows:

How do I pay the rent?
We accept personal checks, money orders or all major credit cards.

How do I get to Tierra Grande?
Where do I get the keys?
We will meet you with the keys at Tierra Grande. If you are flying to Phoenix, we will be glad to meet you at the airport to deliver the keys.
Is there maid service?
Maid service is provided once a month on monthly rental or yearly leases. On weekly rentals, maid service is provide once a week.
What do I need to bring to set up housekeeping?
All units are fully equipped with dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, bed linens and towels. All you need to bring are your clothes and groceries. The rent includes all utilities as well as washer and dryer, satellite TV and local phone. Upgrades to the satellite TV and phone service are available.
Where do I park?
Each unit includes reserved parking for two vehicles, with one spot being covered.
Can I bring my pet dog or cat?
No, pets are not allowed.
Are children welcome?
Yes, but remember that Tierra Grande is designed for adults.
